Receive clients and set out a positive office atmosphere
Manage phone calls and correspondence (answering incoming calls, take messages and/or redirect them as required; email enquiries, letters, packages etc.)
Assist in the procurement and inventory processes. Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.
General office management i.e., ensure compliance with relevant office license requirements, keep track of utility bills and oversee general office cleanliness.
Record and perform daily reconciliations of M-Pesa transactions and report on differences to relevant teams.
Provide administrative support to internal teams and senior management i.e., filing, typing, scanning, copying, binding, reports etc.
Administration of the office M-Pesa float and prepare summaries for reimbursements.
Preparation and submission of weekly (or ad hoc) reconciliation reports on float usage / inventory status.
Maintain records and ensure appropriate levels of access and confidentiality
Raise extra-ordinary issues with management promptly
Perform any other administrative duties as assigned.
