Job Description


Gross Salary: Ksh. 25,000

1.    Take charge of the Customer Care Desk
2.    Perform and execute front office duties including receiving and making telephone calls for the Company
3.    Provide superior customer service by offering accurate information and creative resolutions to customer’s inquiries, complaints and requests for assistance.
4.    Monitor and ensure all correspondence to the company is received, documented and dispatched to respective personnel within the shortest time.
5.    Cold calling to potential customers
6.    Follow up on aged debts through phone calls
7.    Resolve customer queries and  keeping accurate records of interactions
8.    Maintain a correspondence register of all outgoing calls
9.    Maintain a correspondence register of all incoming mails including parcels
10.  Maintenance of cleanliness at front office
11.  Do any other duties as may be directed from time to time.

Minimum Job Requirements
•    Diploma in Administration/Marketing/Accounting
•    Knowledge of Ms Office with typing skills
•    Excellent communication skills
•    Accounting/ Marketing skill shall be an added advantage
•    Must have experience of more than 5years
•    Age above 30 years
